Hemel Storm are excited to share details of a brand new partnership with digital ticketing supplier Fanbase, ready to be rolled out for the 2024/25 season.
Match night tickets can now be purchased through the Fanbase platform where ticketing, content and more are brought together into one easily accessible platform available across mobile and web.
Tickets can then be stored in your Apple or Google wallet to guarantee a simple, efficient entry into the StormDome upon arrival.
By partnering with the team at Fanbase, we will gain valuable insights through detailed fan profiles, allowing the club to create targeted marketing campaigns and make better informed decisions for improved fan engagement.
Supporters’ experiences will be further enhanced by the use of push notifications, reminding you of the team’s upcoming fixtures and offering easy access for the purchase of tickets.
On the app, fans will see an organised schedule of future matches alongside a Storm newsfeed, where you can catch up with all the latest information and interesting features released by the club.
While tickets will still be available for purchase on the door, increasing attendances and audiences mean that such a method can no longer guarantee entry to the match, so we encourage all fans to engage on the Fanbase platform to avoid missing out on the greatest show in town!
After downloading the app with the link available here, you will be asked to create an account which is quick and easy to do. Then, simply search and select Hemel Storm as a followed club and all that’s left to do is buy your tickets!

Tickets for the KitKing Trophy fixtures released today are now available for purchase and any further home league matchups will follow as the season progresses.

Alongside this exciting announcement, we can confirm ticket prices will remain the same for the 2024/25 campaign.
Despite significant cost increases, including the losses incurred by moving to an external ticketing supplier, the club places huge importance upon its community-orientated fanbase and will continue to do everything to ensure the best experience at the best value, allowing our loyal supporters to continue attending games as they cheer on the team with wide smiles upon their faces!
